Cancellation Policy
Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without penalty. If an issue arises within the 24-hour window, please text me at 406–301–2558 as soon as possible. If you fail to show up for your appointment and do not contact me beforehand, it will be considered a no-show. After a no-show, the card on file will be charged 50% of the cost of the booked service(s)z This fee is nonrefundable. Please note that any credit cards held in GlossGenius will only be charged if the client receives a service or does not comply with the policies outlined above.
Clients are allowed a 10 minute grace period. Anyone arriving later maybe asked to reschedule or wait until the next available slot. Please allow time before your appointment begins to use the bathroom, freshen up, etc.
