Appointments can be canceled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time with no penalty. If something comes up with in the 24 hour window, please text me at 406–301–2558 ASAP. If you do not show up to your appointment and do not reach out to me beforehand, this counts as a no-show. After the first no-show, all future appointments require a 50% deposit based on the cost of booked service(s). This fee is nonrefundable, but is carried over when appointments are canceled or rescheduled within the allotted timeframe. Any credit cards held in GlossGenius will not be charged unless the client receives a service or does not adhere to the policies listed above. Clients are allowed a 10 minute grace period. Anyone arriving later maybe asked to reschedule or wait until the next next available slot. Please allow time before your appointment begins to use the bathroom, freshen up, etc.
